We can not forget that horrible day. It should be etched in our memories forever. It is in mine. That horrible day, I did make it to work here in CA but I spent the whole day watching the tv and listening to the news. I don't think any of us worked that day. I remember the phone ringing at 5:30 that morning telling me "we are under attack". My step-mom had called to say that the World Trade Center had been hit by planes. I hung up the phone and turned on the TV. We all know what that day was like.

Please join me in a moment of silence for all of those lost on that fateful day. Please remember our soldiers in war now. Be thankful we have a strong man like President Bush leading us in this fight.

Game Day Week One

Yay, it's football season, the official start was Thursday but it's opening day game for my favorite team the Denver Broncos today. Baby MM is all ready to support his favorite team. Today's game Denver Broncos vs. the St Louis Rams. Sorry Pat Walsh, but my team is going to win.

Update...........I'm just disgusted and that is all I have to say on today's game. Oh well maybe next week. They are still my team. I am watching the brothers play tonight. Manning vs. Manning. Go Giants. Let's see little brother win.

Big Accomplishment

Bubba's big accomplishment now. Grabbing that all important foot. Next it is going to end up in his mouth. We are working on grasping toys. The feet are a start. He had his first cereal last night. He is getting so big. He was 17 lbs 2 oz at the doctor yesterday. I think he lost a couple of ounces being sick.

DAY 3

The Sacramento County Sanitation workers remain on strike and our garbage remains behind waiting to be picked up. Our cans have been out since Tuesday which is our pick up day. Some county workers did go back to work today, but the sanitation workers aren't budging. At least this is not mid-July where we hit the 100's + for over 10 days. Who do we have to thank for this? Our "we 'support higher taxes' Angelides for Governer Unions!

Baby Media Matters 4 Months

This is what Daddy encourages. He is reading his Bible Fish Tales. Baby Media Matters was 4 months old on 09/02/06. He also decided on 08/31/06, flying was not for him. We were all set to go to Florida and were even on the plane. Before the plane could leave the gate we had to get off. Baby MM was puking up a storm. He ended up having a stomach virus and then Daddy got it the next day. Thankfully the Mrs here came through unscathed. So our luggage went to Florida on Thursday night and it did not get back here until last night.
